Our Code of Conduct

The Drupps Code of Conduct is based on the UN Global Compact’s 10 principles for businesses and is a compilation of the rules and guidelines from the employee handbook, that form the basis for our activities and for our relations with our clients, business partners, employees and other stakeholders. It applies equally to Drupps’ employees, Board of Directors, Suppliers and Agents. This code of conduct was unanimously approved and adopted in full by Drupps’ Board of Directors, in February 2023.

Our values, Respect - Passion - Frontrunner, permeates all that we do and is part of every decision made.

We promote and contribute to a more sustainable world, both socially and environmentally, in everything from small actions in our day-to-day work to our product offering of an environmentally sound technology.

We make economically sound decisions and have personal safety as our top priority.

We strongly support and profoundly respect internationally recognized human rights and take concrete actions to avoid being complicit in human rights abuses.

We do not tolerate any form of forced or child labor.

We encourage and embrace diversity and do not tolerate any type of harassment and discrimination based on ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability or trade union affiliation.

We have zero tolerance against bribery, extortion and other forms of corruption that offer any type of advantage to or from any person, or threats that endanger the personal integrity or the life of the private actors involved, as an inducement to do something which is dishonest, illegal or a breach of trust, in the conduct of the enterprise's business.

We believe in the capacity and drive of the individual and trust their commitment and sense of responsibility.

We treat confidential information appropriately and with respect.

We encourage a healthy lifestyle and do not tolerate any recreational drugs.
