Drupps Vapor
Recovers water. Recovers heat. Solves plume abatement. For spray dryers and atomizers.
Process description
Drupps Vapor connects to the chimney of your spray dryer via ducting.
Exhaust air is scrubbed from particles in the particle removal system.
Water vapor is condensed into water in the water recovery system. Here plume is removed.
Hot water is recovered back into the process.
Drupps Vapor is a modular system.
Each module processes up to 30 000 m3/h of fume.
The size of your atomizer determines the number of modules needed.
Physical appearance
Drupps Vapor with 2 modules. Suited for an ATM 65.
System integration
Performance of 2-module system
Water recovery rate - Amount of recovered water as a function of ambient temperature and water content in the fume.
Heat recovery - Recovered heat as a function of ambient temperature and water content in the fume.
Water recovery - Percentage of water recovered as a function of temperature and water content in the fume.
Water efficiency - Electricity consumed by m3 of water produced as a function of ambient temperature and water content in the fume.
