Role overview
We are looking for an engineering physicist with strong interpersonal and communication skills to bridge the gap between our technical R&D team and commercial operations. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing engagement: you will help explain, demonstrate, and adapt our water technology solutions to client needs while contributing to research and product development efforts.
Key responsibilities
Support the sales team in technical discussions and presentations with customers.
Explain complex technological concepts clearly and confidently to non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with R&D to improve and adapt solutions based on customer feedback.
Conduct field visits and demonstrations, ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction.
Engage in problem-solving, identifying opportunities for innovation or performance optimization.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Drupps technology and relevant market developments.
Qualifications
Master’s degree.
3 years or of experience in a technical development related field.
Degree in engineering physics or related technical discipline.
Fluency in English and Swedish; additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to translate complex technical information into accessible explanations.
Interest in technology and innovation, with curiosity to learn and grow.
Flexibility to travel and meet customers internationally.
Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-evolving environment.
Preferred experience (nice to have)
Previous sales experience
Familiarity with industrial technologies or sustainability solutions.
Experience within the ceramic tile production or food production.
Comfortable with international dialogues, negotiations and business.
