Drupps Atmo

Recovers water from frying steam. Produces water from the atmosphere. For chips producers.

Process description

Drupps Atmo connects to the chimney of your fryer via ducting.

  1. Frying steam is directed to the evaporator.

  2. Water is absorbed from the atmosphere using a liquid desiccant.

  3. The frying steam is condensed to fryer condensate in the evaporator.

  4. The energy from the frying steam condensation is used to extract the atmospheric water from the liquid desiccant.

Drupps Atmo is a modular system.

Each module processes up to 30 000 m3/h of ambient air from the atmosphere.

The size of your fryer determines the number of modules needed and the amount of water produced from the atmosphere.
