Drupps Heat
Maximizing water and energy recovery from industrial airstreams
Your airborne outlet is a goldmine. Don’t waste it.
Drupps Heat is a game-changing system for extracting water and latent energy from airborne wastewater outlets. Its performance is significantly better than classic air-cooled condensing. Reducing both energy need and CO₂ emissions, while minimizing your water withdrawals.
Drupps Heat is not only a sustainability statement, it’s a risk mitigation policy. Increasing water and energy efficiency substantially increases operational resiliency for plants and operational facilities in the face of global warming and water scarcity.
-
Reduces net water use
Produces water of distilled quality ready to be used immediately
-
Reduces net energy use
Recycling of energy reduces the need for new energy use
-
Reduces CO₂ emission
Reduced net energy use means less fossil fuels and CO₂ emissions
-
Clean dry air
Generates dry, warm, and clean air that can be used in production immediately
Drupps Heat Base
Optimized water and energy recovery for industry dryers
Drupps Heat Base is connected to both outlet and inlet of a dryer’s airflow. Water extraction from the outflow is optimized and its latent heat released is recycled back to the air inflow side to pre-heat incoming ambient air.
